Dalo Technology Services LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides website design, development, hosting and maintenance services under the name Dalo Build. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and store it, and the choices you have. It applies to build.dalotechservices.com, our quote form, and the services we provide to our clients.

Information we collect

When you contact us

When you use our quote form or email us, we collect what you send: your name, email address, phone number (if given), business name, current website, the kind of project you need, your timeline and your message.

When you become a client

To build and run your website, we collect the information needed to do the work and bill for it, such as your contact and billing details, your business information, and the content you give us for your site, including text, photos, logos, product details and prices.

We don't store full payment card numbers. If you pay by card, payment is handled by a payment processor.

Automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting provider receives basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and block abuse. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the fonts load.

How we use your information

We use your information for business purposes, including to:

• Reply to your questions and send quotes
• Design, build, host, maintain and support your website
• Send invoices, process payments and keep business and tax records
• Contact you about your project, your account, service changes, or payment issues
• Protect our services and our clients from fraud, spam and security threats
• Meet our legal obligations

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with others for their own marketing.

Where your information is stored

We host client websites on Cloudflare. Your website's code, its database, its uploaded files and photos, and any information your website collects are stored in our Cloudflare account. Cloudflare provides encrypted connections and protection against attacks, and access to our account is protected with two-step sign-in.

Messages sent through our quote form are delivered to our business email.

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run our business and provide our services, including with:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our email delivery and email hosting providers, and our payment processor
• Services you ask us to connect to your website, such as a payment processor for your online store
• Professional advisers, such as our accountant or attorney, when needed
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or the public

Information your website collects

If we host your website, it may collect information from your own customers, such as contact form messages, bookings or orders. We store and process that information on your behalf, only to run your website and provide our services. You decide what your website collects and are responsible for your own website's privacy policy and for following the laws that apply to your business. If your business handles sensitive information, such as health records, tell us before we build so we can discuss what's appropriate.

Your code and your data

Your website's code is available to you on request. If you tell us in writing that you no longer want to do business with us, we'll give you your website's data. See our terms and conditions for details.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep client information for as long as we provide services to you, and afterward as long as needed for business, tax and legal records. Website data is returned to you when you end our services, and then removed from our account.

How we protect information

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), two-step sign-in on our accounts and admin dashboards, and access limited to people who need it. No method of storing or sending information over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you promptly if we learn of a problem affecting your data.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Some information may need to be kept for business, tax or legal reasons. Email us to make a request.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. If a change significantly affects how we handle client information, we'll let clients know.
